Perth's startup scene came alive at the historic Print Hall last month, as Aura Ventures — a Sydney-based VC firm backing the next generation of global technology companies — touched down in WA to connect with the local innovation community. The evening was a collaboration with Build Club Perth, bringing together the best of both networks under one roof.

Aura Group Managing Director Eric Chan and Partner Mark Esterhuizen hosted an evening of drinks and conversation for Perth's founders, investors, and operators. Over 40 people from across the ecosystem showed up to meet the Sydney visitors, swap ideas, and see what's moving in both the Perth and broader Australian tech landscape.
